I thought I had written a review sooner and was going to add to it to keep it relevant. I have been using this 3PL for two months now. Customer service is excellent as they always keep in touch (Both Dee K. and Stefan), share updates from shipping companies, and most importantly, get the product out to my customers on time. Although I am yet due to visit (but can't because of Covid) I am looking forward to doing so and strengthening our partnership. What led me back here to leave an update? I had a shipping related issue with my e-commerce platform which I had just come across. I got in touch with IT and they skipped the emails to message me directly to deal with the problem. All within 15 minutes, it was solved - shout out, again, to Stefan. Let's see where this takes us!
