We researched and interviewed multiple 3rd party fulfillment warehouse that would fit our temporary fulfillment needs. Billy from the company was wonderful! He explained all the costs, media mail was an option, and he was willing to work with us for our temporary business needs--unlike many of the larger fulfillment centers. Really great customer service, and best part was that they were local!
My experience? I'd have to say this is truly a customer focused fulfillment, shipping, and warehouse service provider. I have worked with these good folks for years and have been rather pleased. Even when I experienced an issue - there has been very, very few - Billy's team handled and met or exceeded my expectations in short order. I'm comfortable recommending them based on my positive experiences with them.
