I highly recommend this company for their fulfilment services. They are small but extremely well equipped and capable. They are small enough to give personal attention to the many situations that arise with fulfillment instead of forcing the seller to interact with a large software maze. I had packaging problems with one of my shipments, and they loaned me a conference room to correct the problem, allowed disposal of trash, hand carted boxes of my shipment to and from the fulfilment warehouse to my workroom, and sold me supplies at cost. I will never forget their kindness. Their costs are competitive, and they give full service such as telephone answering, gift wrapping, and special care wrapping. Whatever you need, they can do. They are computerized so that you can check on the progress of orders, etc. They also do shipments to Amazon. Sandy and her team have been together for a long time. If you do business with them, you will feel like they are your team.
