KSP Fulfillment prides itself on its attention to detail and the quality of the services it provides as well as its special services which include product kitting and assembly, subscription box fulfillment, and customer-specific returns procedures. KSP has a single, centrally located US operation, and is based in Brooklyn Park, near Minneapolis, Minnesota, where Seattle, Houston, and Toronto can all be reached within 2-4 hours from the warehouse.
KSP Fulfillment’s fulfillment center has been in business since 2012 and has acquired a solid customer base due to the services offered and the quality of service. In 2021, BusinessWire wrote an article about KSP that says, “KSP Fulfillment debuted on the Fast 50 at No. 3, with revenue growth of 517.55% from 2019 to 2021. Last year (2021), the company reported sales of more than $11 million.” Furthermore, The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal says, “Our 10-year plan includes establishing warehouse locations that are strategically placed throughout the United States. This year, we have been actively engaged in searching for locations aligned with our plan. KSP will be opening a new warehouse location during the third or fourth quarter of 2023.”
KSP Fulfillment has been operating for over ten years now with success, but does have its eyes on expanding its footprint to other physical locations throughout the US in order to help its customer reach all parts of the country with quicker times and lower transit costs.
KSP Fulfillment’s customer service is easily reached through a variety of methods including a chat feature for clients so customer service and other functions are easily reached, via cell phone, and email.

KSP provides a wide range of services at its warehouse which includes kitting and assembly, reverse logistics and returns services, and easy subscription box fulfillment. KSP Fulfillment also offers bulk orders to large retailers through EDI, B2B eCommerce small parcel orders direct to store, multiple storage options, and more. As mentioned previously, KSP Fulfillment’s warehouse is registered with the FDA and is capable of handling food products, which separates it from other competitors, as this certification requires the company to keep its warehouse in proper condition to handle food grade products.
KSP uses Softeon as their WMS and their OMS. Through KSP’s software, the client has access to his or her inventory. The customer can place orders, view inventory, pull reports, and use the chat function for communications and other purposes. KSP does manage inventory for the client but allows for real-time system access for its customers so quality can be assured. KSP Fulfillment monitors inventory levels for its customers and helps them forecast future demand, so they have the necessary inventory on hand when they need it. KSP also provides tracking for orders at all times. Furthermore, KSP Fulfillment is also easily integrated with Amazon, Shopify, Facebook, Squarespace, and more, as is common for most e-commerce fulfillment companies.

The pros of KSP are that it is a smaller but growing fulfillment company. This means that it is more likely for quality to be achieved and for customer service to be more attentive and helpful. As opposed to most large fulfillment operations, you won’t have to rely upon chat features to get in touch with a representative – you’ll be able to speak with real, live people. KSP offers services that it intends on improving the quality of in the coming years with newer technology that will increase the quality and efficiency of these services that they already offer.
Additionally, KSP Fulfillment’s warehouse is located in the central US. This helps to streamline orders shipping times and costs throughout the US.
KSP, due to only having one warehouse at the moment, has more limited fulfillment capabilities when it comes to its international shipping compared to its domestic shipping. This is unusual for the amount of success KSP has had, with the business pulling in $11 million in sales annually. Whatever has prevented KSP from expanding its amount of warehouse locations and capabilities, should be taken into consideration when you are looking into KSP and how you could make use of its services. Also, for companies that need 2 day ground shipping in the US, a single location will not be sufficient. Finally, as we will detail below, the company does not have a wealth of online reviews, making it more challenging to gauge performance – and proper due diligence should be exercised when considering them for your outsourced provider.
The only reviews available online for KSP are on google maps. There are 11 reviews, and the majority of them are positive. KSP has a 3.8 out of 5-star rating and most of these ratings are from truckers loading and unloading at the warehouse that KSP runs, but there are some that speak on the fulfillment capabilities of KSP as well. One reviewer says of their fulfillment capabilities, “We’ve been working with them for kitting/assembly for a number of years. Terrific customer service from project start to finish,” and another says, “I got here at 10:15 AM unloaded by 1125 that’s less than an hour to unload me a full trailer People were nice,” which shows that KSP provides fast and quality service, based on this review.
The few negative reviews only provide short criticisms such as, “Sooooo sloooooow,” and “Not nice,” and these two reviews were two or three years ago.
KSP does not have many reviews on Google the page for their newer warehouse which replaced an old one no longer in use, but they have even fewer reviews on the Google page for their old warehouse. This is a bit unusual as KSP has been operating since 2012 and is a successful company in terms of revenue. It is normally expected that a business with this level of success would have much more engagement in reviews from clients, but that is missing from KSP’s online presence. Again, this isn’t at all a reason to disqualify them, but something to investigate further.
