A deposit fee of $1500 is required to begin receiving services, but there is no account set up fee. Product storage for Amazon sales costs no more than $0.47/cubic foot/month from January through December, unlike Amazon who charges increased peak season warehousing fees. If you aren’t looking to use multiple facilities, their main location in Savannah, Georgia reaches the continental U.S. population in 1-3 days.
Facilities in the United States are located in Salt Lake City, Kansas City, Breinigsville, and Savannah, so products can be shipped efficiently to any region of the U.S. Fulfillment.com also has facilities in the United Kingdom, Canada, the Netherlands, and Australia so clients can reach customers worldwide.
Fulfillment.com offers a wide array of services. FDC covers all the standard fulfillment needs by offering storage, picking, packaging, and shipping services across all fulfillment locations.
Fulfillment.com’s cloud-based management system allows for you to select appropriate packaging and returns procedures for their products. Inventory and order information is available through this system as well, so you can always monitor your products. Fulfillment.com also has FDA registered warehouses for food grade warehousing, access to depletion rates, and dedicated Success Managers to ensure your business is fully accommodated.
Fulfillment.com uses an integrated Order Management and Warehouse Management system called BestOMS. BestOMS is a cloud-based ecommerce order management system that allows you to track inventory, order data, depletion rates, and reports. Clients can also view, edit, reorder, and create new orders through the same system. BestOMS is also updated frequently to ensure inventory and product information is always up to date.
