About Brandy Welborn
With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Brandy spent 10 years as a high-producing agent and manager of a large State Farm Insurance office in Colorado before going on to manage another office in Texas. A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, she earned her degree in Business Management while competing as a member of the Track and Field Team. Brandy’s passion for education led her to teach high school business classes in 2021, where she also took on coaching roles in volleyball, softball, and cross country. Currently, she serves as an online instructor at Ignite Christian Academy, blending her business and education expertise with her deep commitment to homeschooling. Beyond her professional and academic pursuits, Brandy is a woman of many passions. She enjoys painting, exploring unsolved mysteries, and enthusiastically cheering from the stands at any basketball game she attends. A lifelong learner, she has recently taken up golf and discovered a love for running—so much so that she is currently training for a half marathon alongside her youngest son, who seems to have endless endurance. Whether in the workplace, the classroom, or on the track, Brandy approaches every challenge with drive, enthusiasm, and a commitment to excellence.
